I have been buying karate gis for almost 40 years. In the past, Shureido and Tokaido have been my go-to brands. The cut on this one is awful, much too tight in the legs and seat, and to fit properly in the crotch you need to pull it all the way up to your chest. The tie strings are also much too long, over 12". The canvas weight is OK, but the weave is not smooth and tight like other heavyweight gis.
